We offer 1/8th shares in luxury villas across Bali & Southeast Asia, delivering flexible usage, rental income potential, & full-service management to a global buyer base. Our customers are savvy lifestyle investors from Europe, Australia, & APAC who want a smarter way to own a slice of paradise. Backed by major investors, we’re building the future of leisure real estate. Market Research & Benchmarking - Map competitors, benchmarks, & trends across real estate, proptech, & co-ownership - Build research reports and insight decks to support strategic decisions Partnerships & Supply-Side Acquisition - Identify & qualify potential villa development partners (agencies, builders, owners) - Design & execute outbound campaigns (cold outreach, email, DM, etc.) - Support in pitching & converting villa supply deals Lead Partnerships - Scout & establish win-win partnerships with agents & firms who can’t service their leads - Help build a partner referral program & scalable outreach system Customer Acquisition Support - Map demand-side segments (digital nomads, investors, lifestyle buyers) - Assist in outreach & nurturing using HubSpot, LinkedIn, email, etc. General Ops & Growth Support - Take on ad hoc tasks across data, CRM, admin, content, or investor research - Help structure our internal knowledge base and toolkits Apply now !
